Congratulations on completing your primaries and getting to your secondary essays. As you may know, many medical schools require you to take the Casper exam. It is a personality exam that schools use to test your ethic codes and non-academic trades.
It is a SJTs. Situational judgement tests (SJTs) are a type of psychological test which present the test-taker with realistic, hypothetical scenarios and may ask the individual what they would do in the dilemma and why they would do it..Situational judgment tests tend to determine behavioral tendencies, assessing how an individual will behave in a certain situation, and knowledge instruction, which evaluates the effectiveness of possible responses.
A common misconception is that there is no way to prepare, but don’t let that fool you. Due to the time crunch, you have to write extremely fast and be prepared.
Luckily, we have developed a 90-minute session that will get you used to the type of scenarios that will be asked in order to ensure you answer the best way possible.
